By purchasing a workshop from us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”) and they will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). The Contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation. The following terms and conditions apply to all companies and or persons or other entities (“you” or “sign-ups” or “participant”) that are attending any workshop or classes (“Workshop”) organised by Graceful Quills (“we” or “us”). Please ensure you have read and understand the following:

1. You agree to follow all safety precautions and instructions given during the workshop and exercise due care in the use of the typewriter to avoid any injuries to yourself and other participants, as well as any damage to the typewriter.

2. You accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the typewriter arising from your use of the typewriter during the workshop, and agree to pay the full costs of repair or replacement of the typewriter due to such loss or damage.

3. You agree to indemnify Graceful Quills, including its owner, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) related to a claim made by a third party arising from your participation in the workshop.

4. Cancellation of a booking is not permitted after payment confirmation. No refunds will be given after payment confirmation.

5. There will be no replacement or rescheduling of workshops if you miss a workshop.

6. You are allowed to transfer your booking to another person in the event you are unable to attend a workshop.

7. Graceful Quills reserves the right to change the date and timing of a class. 

8. In the unlikely event that Graceful Quills has to cancel or reschedule a workshop, a full refund can be given. You may choose to request for a refund or to reschedule your session with us. 

9. Photographs and videos will be taken during the workshop and shared with the participant directly or via other media channels. The photographs and videos may also be used on Graceful Quills’ website and social media accounts for training and marketing purposes. If you have any concerns, please inform the instructor on the day of the workshop.

10. You agree to allow Graceful Quills to use your contact information (e.g. telephone number, email address) to contact you about the details of the workshop.
